3.2 Identity Verification Documents

To comply with KYC and anti-money laundering ("AML") requirements, we may request copies of government-issued identification documents such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's licence, or PhilSys national ID, as well as proof of address documents.

3.3 Financial and Transaction Data

We collect information relating to your deposits, withdrawals, and transaction history on the Platform. This includes payment method details (such as GCash account references, PayMaya identifiers, or bank account details for BPI, BDO, and Metrobank), transaction amounts in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱), timestamps, and transaction reference numbers. • Account and identity data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with AML and regulatory requirements.
• Transaction data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, as required by Philippine AML regulations.
• Gameplay data: Retained for a minimum of three (3) years for dispute resolution and responsible gaming monitoring purposes.
• Communications data: Retained for a minimum of two (2) years for quality assurance and dispute resolution purposes.
• Marketing preference data: Retained until you withdraw consent or close your account, whichever is earlier.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data will be securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with 77jil's data disposal procedures.

11. Children's Privacy and Age Restriction

The 77jil Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online casino gaming. 77jil does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If 77jil becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. If you believe that a minor has registered on the 77jil Platform, please contact us immediately using the details in Section 14.

12. International Data Transfers
